Working alongside the Investment Director and with the support of the Group's holding company business lines, your mission will focus on :
· Analyzing the Nutriset group's portfolio of international holdings in the Africa-Asia region,
· Preparing the Board of Directors and General Meetings of the holding company and the companies in which it participates.
· Financial structuring of equity investments and capital operations: joint-ventures, new investors, equity investments, investment vehicles, etc.
