Who are we?

Since 1986, the Nutriset Group has been designing, manufacturing and distributing nutritional solutions to treat and prevent malnutrition in the most vulnerable populations. Now the world leader in its category, the Nutriset Group relies on its production site in Malaunay and a dozen local producers based as close as possible to the needs in the countries concerned; together they form the PlumpyField Network. Collectively, they respond to requests from United Nations organisations (UNICEF and the World Food Programme), NGOs and local governments. Nearly 123 million people have benefited from Nutriset products since 2005.

At the Malaunay site, Nutriset deploys and implements the Nutriset Group's nutritional strategy through the production, optimization and distribution of the products in its catalog. Its high-capacity plant features a state-of-the-art manufacturing process that pushes back the limits of efficiency, while complying with the strictest food safety standards, so as to be able to respond to emergencies and anticipate future needs

Who are you?

  • Do you have significant professional experience (at least 5 years) in a similar position in international strategic and operational marketing?


  • Are you known for your analytical skills?


  • Your ability to communicate and collaborate are your strengths


  • Are you familiar with monitoring tools and techniques?


  • Are you fluent in French?


  • Have you worked with humanitarian organizations, NGOs or governments?


How can we contribute together to the fight against malnutrition?

More specifically, you will be required to :


  • Define and drive marketing strategy, positioning the company and its product ranges in line with brand values.


  • Validate product implementation in the field and define the roadmap.


  • Operationally monitor action plans to achieve sales targets and develop sales.


  • Market and competitive intelligence : identify trends and new market needs.


  • Analyze and optimize product sales performance (sales and margin).


  • Define and manage the product promotion action plan, including sales training and distribution development support.
