Who are we?

Since 1986, the Nutriset Group has been designing, manufacturing and distributing nutritional solutions to treat and prevent malnutrition in the most vulnerable populations. Now the world leader in its category, the Nutriset Group relies on its production site in Malaunay and a dozen local producers based as close as possible to the needs in the countries concerned; together they form the PlumpyField® Network. Collectively, they respond to requests from United Nations organisations (UNICEF and the World Food Programme), NGOs and local governments. Nearly 123 million people have benefited from Nutriset products since 2005.

The mission of the New Developments Department is to initiate and implement new growth drivers to meet the Group's mandate to "Fight malnutrition". The new Development department is looking for its future Business Developer Prevention Nutrition.

Who are you?

  • Are you passionate about nutrition and want to help solve the problem of malnutrition?

  • Have you developed markets in France and abroad, ideally in the field of nutrition and/or pharmaceuticals, in BtoB and BtoC, and with institutional customers (United Nations, States, etc.)?

  • Are you results-oriented and proactive? Do you like to establish and maintain excellent relations with a variety of contacts?

  • Do you have experience as a project manager?

  • Are you organized and able to adapt to a variety of environments and situations?

How can we contribute together to the fight against malnutrition?

As a key member of the New Development team, you will be responsible for :

  • Designing and deploying a short-term sales strategy for our solutions for the prevention of early childhood stunting and the prevention and treatment of maternal undernutrition in all relevant distribution channels.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities.

  • Manage projects to scale up existing nutritional solutions.

  • Research new markets and new customers.

  • Support and monitor the projects of PlumpyField® network partners and advise on price positioning, calls for tender and the market.

  • Diversify and perpetuate the business of our PlumpyField® partners by seeking distribution systems and funding for innovative preventive approaches with governments, NGOs, the United Nations and other relevant players.

Based in Normandie, you will have the opportunity to travel internationally on a regular basis. Fluency in English and French is essential for success in this challenging role!
