With 236 employees (average age: 38, almost parity between men and women), the companies Nutriset and Onyx Développement have always taken care to align the social will of their founders with their day-to-day operations. This corporate culture constitutes a body of values ??which are at the very heart of the human resources vision.

The "Skills and life at work" department is responsible for this support and is based on four main areas:
